What do I need to start automatic driving lessons in Cleckheaton?

Can I choose my driving instructor?

No you can only have me Stuart im a Grade A, DVSA approved automatic driving instructor, alteratively I can you put in touch with other male and female instructors.

At Rev and Go Automatic Driving School, we only have a male automatic driving instructor, allowing you to learn with someone you feel comfortable and confident with.

Before Your Practical Driving Test

Can I book my practical driving test before passing my theory test?

No.

You must successfully pass your Theory Test before you can book your practical driving test.

What do I need to bring to my driving test?

On the day of your practical test you'll need:

• Your photocard driving licence

• Your theory test pass confirmation (if required)

• To arrive in good time

• And the correct payment for lesson, if paying by bank transfer, we will need to clear the payment 24 hours before the lesson starts.

Your instructor will make sure you're fully prepared.

Which car will I use for my driving test?

You'll take your practical driving test in your instructor's modern dual-controlled automatic training car.

What happens during the practical driving test?

Your driving test normally lasts around 40 minutes and includes:

• An eyesight check

• One "Tell Me" vehicle safety question

• One "Show Me" driving question

• Independent driving using road signs or a sat nav

• A variety of road types and manoeuvres

Your instructor will ensure you're fully prepared before test day.

Can I take my theory test before I'm 17?

Normally you must be 17 years old.
