We use this information to respond to your enquiry, provide information about our driving lessons and, where appropriate, arrange tuition.

If you make an enquiry but do not subsequently become a pupil, we will not retain your information indefinitely. Enquiry information will normally be deleted when it is no longer reasonably required.

Where an enquiry remains incomplete and we have been unable to contact you, the information will normally be deleted after 180 days.

Information Held About Pupils

When you become a pupil, we may retain information necessary to provide your driving tuition and manage your lessons.

This may include your contact information, lesson history, progress information and relevant driving licence details.

Where necessary for assisting with the administration or booking of a practical driving test, we may also require your driving licence number and other information required for the booking.

Personal information will be securely deleted or destroyed when it is no longer required, subject to any legal, financial or regulatory retention requirements.

Successful Candidate Photographs

Following a successful driving test, we may ask whether you would like to have a photograph taken for promotional purposes.

There is no obligation to agree, and refusing permission will not affect the service you receive.

Where permission is given, photographs may be published on the Rev and Go Automatic Driving School website, social media pages and other promotional material.

You may withdraw your permission for future use at any time by contacting us.

Following withdrawal, we will take reasonable steps to remove the photograph from promotional material under our control. Please be aware that we may not be able to remove copies that have previously been shared, downloaded or otherwise reproduced by third parties.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share personal information where reasonably necessary with organisations or service providers involved in providing or administering our services, or where required by law.

This may include relevant driving test or licensing authorities, payment or banking providers, website or IT service providers, accountants or professional advisers where applicable.

Access to pupil information is restricted to those who reasonably require it for the operation of the driving school.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We do not keep personal information for longer than is reasonably necessary.

The retention period depends upon the reason the information was collected and whether we are legally required to retain it.

General enquiries that do not result in tuition will normally be deleted when no longer required and, where an enquiry remains incomplete, normally within 180 days.

Pupil information will normally be deleted when it is no longer required following the end of tuition, except where information must be retained for legal, accounting, taxation, insurance, complaint or other legitimate business purposes.

Invoices, payment records and other financial information may be retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting legislation.

Depending on the circumstances and the lawful basis being relied upon, you may have rights including the right to:
